I loved my brunch experience here. The bottomless drinks were amazing. I tired the classic mimosa and the peach Bellini both were excellent and the server kept the drinks flowing! We got the arancini which was very cheesy and overall very good. Then I got the steak and eggs which they actually gave to me rare, I know it’s not for everyone but as someone who loves a rear steak this was perfectly cooked in my opinion. It also came with a huge side salad, delicious smashed potatoes and a large portion of eggs. Truly great portions for the price. We ended with the tiramisu which was sweet but not overly so and the cream and coffee flavors really got to shine. Everyone in my party had an amazing time and the service was impeccable. I will absolutely be returning for their happy hour and dinner service to try both out!

Restaurant Review Our experience at this restaurant was truly exceptional. Upon arrival, we waited for about 15-20 minutes to be seated, but this was expected since they informed us about the wait time during the reservation process. Once we were seated, we kicked things off with the Fried Calamari and Wood-Oven Roasted Wild Mushrooms. Both appetizers were absolutely phenomenal, with the mushrooms standing out as one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was inviting and vibrant, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable dining experience. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The manager also made a great impression—he was welcoming, professional, and clearly knows how to run the place efficiently. The only downside was the difficulty in finding parking, which was a bit of a hassle. However, this minor inconvenience didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Everything else, from the service to the food, was flawless. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fantastic meal with excellent service.

Beautiful restaurant in Olney. Great for an anniversary or any special occasion. Outdoor seating was great, with heaters to keep you warm on those cooler nights. We arrived 15mins before our reservation and were seated shortly after arriving. There is a chic bar and seating area to wait in. Our server was very attentive and always checked up on us. We ordered the arancini, a pizza and two pasta dishes. All were absolutely amazing. Portions were great for one person. I didn’t walk away hungry. The food was all so light and not at all heavy like you would find at most American Italian eateries. Price is definitely up there but for the whole experience I would gladly go back and spend the money again. Give it a try if you’re in the MoCo area but make sure you reserve a table in advance. It’s my first time at Salt & Vine and my husband and I love it . The food is fresh and delicious, portions are great. We had a Margarita and tagliatelle big portion and a Tiramisu. This all was good enough for us. I highly suggest this place.

My review is probably unique - we loved lunch so much we came back that evening and ate dinner. Our lunch was delicious and the whole family loved what they ate. My husband and I were meeting a friend for dinner and decided to try and get a table again and were successful. We decided to try more drinks, an appetizer and more drinks . The drinks were very good! Our third round was a little slow, printer error, but came quickly after and were fresh. It was obvious they hadn’t been sitting on the bar. The managers were circulating and obviously involved in service. Trevor recognized us and said hi. He was incredibly nice to my mom at lunch while she told him the 40 yr history of the building. I feel horrible for not recalling our waitresses names but they were both great. At time service was slow I’ll be honest but I like that. I hate being rushed. At these prices I like to sit, enjoy my drink, enjoy my food, catch up with friends. To me that is this kind of restaurant. So although I see the frustration in some of these reviews I liked that our waitress both times didn’t constantly stop at our table and seemed to trust the food runners to do their jobs. They did stop by after food was delivered etc but we didn’t have to constantly stop our flow of conversation to chat. It’s how we like service so honestly we loved it. We’ll be back again honestly as often we can.

Our food was amazing, our server Jenny was wonderful, and the drinks were great! It was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend, but make a reservation!

I’ve been to this place a couple of times, and I absolutely love it! The food is incredible—especially the pasta, which is always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service is top-notch; the staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant—you won’t be disappointed!

We went to Salt and Vine for my birthday, and had an amazing time. Our waitress Jossy was amazing - she had 5 tables and juggled them each expertly. Our glasses were always filled and there was little to no wait time for our food. The food itself was delicious! I had the beet salad and salmon, and was stuffed. I definitely recommend this restaurant, and plan to be back for other special occasions.
